COLERE
Centro di soggiorno estivo e di sports invernali, Colere si situa alle pendici della parete nord della Presolana, nella media Val di Scalve, in un ambiente di suggestiva ed austera bellezza. Le sue particolarità morfologiche fanno di questa località uno dei centri sciistici più interessanti dell'arco alpino orobico: pendii, cime rocciose diventano la palestra per saggiare l'abilita e la tecnica dello sciatore più provetto. Le miniere di ferro, piombo e zinco rappresentarono fin dall'epoca romana una delle risorse economiche fondamentali della zona. La sua storia segue le tracce delle vicende dell'intera Val di Scalve: nel x sec, Colere fu ceduta dal vescovo di Bergamo ai Capitani di Scalve, divenendo parte della "Universitas di Scalve" con un proprio diritto di commercio del ferro. La copiosa estrazione del metallo cessò con la caduta della Repubblica Veneta che tolse così una buona parte della richiesta del ferro prima destinato alle palle da cannone. Nel 1927 Colere con Azzone e Dezzo diviene unico Comune chiamato Dezzo di Scalve.Solo nel 1947 i due centri riacquistarono la loro autonomia.
Center of summer stay and winter sports, Colere is placed to the slopes of the wall north of the Presolana, in the average Val of Scalve, in an environment of suggestive and austere beauty. Its morphological particularities make of this place one of the more interesting skiing centers of the alpine arc orobico: slant, rocky tops become the gym to test it trains him and the technique of the most experienced skier. The iron mines, lead and zinc represented since the Roman epoch one of the fundamental economic resources of the zone. Its history follows the traces of the stories of the whole Val of Scalve: in the x sec, Colere was surrendered by the bishop of Bergamo to the Captains of Scalve, becoming part of the "Universitas of Scalve" with a really straight of commerce of the iron. The plentiful extraction of the metal stopped with the fall of the Venetian Republic that removed so a good person of the application of the iron before destined to the gun balls. In the 1927 Colere with Azzone and Dezzo it becomes only called Commune Dezzo of Scalve.Only in 1947 the two centers repurchased their autonomy.
